An Ongoing Academic Journey

Maureen P. Hall, Ph.D. is a professor of education at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth whose expertise includes Literacies and Lectio Divina, SEL, Contemplative Practices, Teacher Leadership, Intergenerational Learning, and Global Citizenship Education (GCE). She has published more than 25 peer-reviewed journal articles and edited chapters, and her books include Transforming Literacy (Emerald Publishing, 2011), The Whole Person (Rowman & Littlefield, 2019), and Academia from the Inside (Palgrave Macmillan, 2021). As a Fulbright Scholar in India, Maureen continues to integrate into her work the different ways of knowing, learning, and being she learned in India.
